A single 45 to 60 minute video session. Best when you have a specific question, a recent injury, or you want a professional assessment and a clear action plan. Includes a full clinical assessment, a plain-English explanation, and a personalised exercise and relief plan.
Second Opinion — $100
A single session for when you have seen other practitioners and are not satisfied with the answers. Bring your scans, reports and history. You will get an independent, evidence-based assessment, a plain-English explanation, and clear next steps.
Ongoing Programme — $1,000
Ten one-to-one video sessions over four to eight weeks, for lasting results rather than short-term relief. A structured, week-by-week plan with a progressive exercise programme and between-session email support. The same per-session rate as a one-off.
